Effective Date: June 10, 2026
By engaging with and/or making a donation to the Ripple Effect Capital Campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Purpose
The Oconto Campership Fund provides financial assistance to eligible girl applicants to support access to Camp Oconto.
2. Donations
• Donations may be made at any time via approved methods (e-transfer, cheque, or other designated channels).
• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Donors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their donation details.
3. Use of Funds
• Donations are used to support campers who require financial assistance.
• Funds are allocated based on need, availability, and Board review.
• The OCF reserves the right to distribute funds at its discretion in alignment with its mission.
4. Applications & Eligibility
• Applications are open to new and returning campers requiring financial support.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee funding.
• The OCF may request additional information to support decision-making.
5. Decision Process
• Funding decisions are made annually by the Board of Directors of the OCF.
• All campership award decisions are final.
6. Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to being contacted by the Ripple Effect Capital Campaign and/or the OCF regarding donations and/or relevant updates.
7. Changes to Terms
The OCF reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted where applicable.
