The Ripple Effect Capital Campaign

The campaign was initiated as part of Camp Oconto’s 100th Anniversary celebration in 2024. A need was recognized to create a sustainable and meaningful capital endowment for the Oconto Campership Fund to ensure ongoing and expanded campership opportunities for girls and young women.

Our Goal

The Ripple Effect Capital Campaign’s goal will create a robust and reliable capital source to support the Ontario Campership Fund (OCF). We strive to create an inclusive community where girls can develop life-long skills, build lasting friendships, and experience all that Camp Oconto has to offer. 

The Oconto Campership Fund (OCF) is a Registered Canadian Charity established in 1996 by a group of dedicated Oconto alumnae who are committed to supporting girls’ education, confidence, and personal growth through meaningful experiences at Camp Oconto. By providing financial assistance to new and returning campers, the OCF works to enhance access to the benefits of camp experiences to girls of all backgrounds will have the opportunity to participate fully in camp life.
